Graphical changes + bug fixes

- Updated the art for the scratch surface. No more blurry money bags, instead there are money stacks.
- Tweaked the spacing of some dollar amounts so they are uniform with the rest of the dollar amounts that appear.
- Moved the dollar amounts up some on the card so they are more center with the scratch space.
- The scratch surface should no longer reveal any pink when a new card is in play.
- Hopefully fixed more than three of the same winning numbers from appearing. (I tested it for a long time, but nothing is certain when dealing with rng.)
- Hopefully fixed a game breaking bug.
